These terms apply to the VoiceAlarm website at voicealarm.store and, where available, the VoiceAlarm app. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Product availability

VoiceAlarm is currently in development. Website images illustrate the product design. Features, device support and availability may change before release. An App Store download will be linked when it is available; this website does not currently sell an app or subscription.

Your reminders

You are responsible for reviewing the time and content of a reminder before saving it and for granting the permissions needed for alarms. Speech interpretation can be imperfect. Device settings, operating system behavior, permissions and interruptions may affect reminder delivery.

VoiceAlarm is an everyday convenience tool. Do not rely on it as your only safeguard for an emergency, medical treatment, or another situation where a missed or inaccurate reminder could cause serious harm.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or app for unlawful activity, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse any connected services. Do not provide information that you are not entitled to process.

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of website information, app permissions, reminder content and support requests.

Content and third parties

The VoiceAlarm name and original product content identify this service. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. This website is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Services provided by Apple, Google or other third parties are also subject to their own applicable terms.

Service changes and responsibility

We may update, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. The service is provided as available, subject to your rights under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
