Privacy Policy

This policy describes how information is handled when you visit voicealarm.store or use VoiceAlarm. The app is currently in development. The permissions and features available in a released version will also be described in the app.

Our website

This website provides product information. It does not include advertising, analytics trackers, a sign-up form, or a payment form. The page does not set application cookies. Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the website.

Voice and reminder information

VoiceAlarm uses microphone and speech permissions when you choose to record a reminder. Audio is transcribed on your device and is not uploaded. Local speech resources must be available for your selected language. You review the reminder's time and content before saving an alarm.

Reminder content and app preferences are stored on your device, including shared storage used by the app's widget. Alarm permissions are used to schedule the reminders you confirm.

Processing reminder text

Before processing a spoken reminder, the app asks for your permission to send its text, reference time and time zone to an online processing service. If you explicitly choose to correct a reminder, the previously confirmed title and time are also sent so that unchanged details can be preserved. These requests use an anonymous technical identifier; you do not need to provide a name or email address.

You can turn off text processing in the app's Privacy settings and continue setting reminders manually. Requests that have already been sent may still finish processing. A failed request is not automatically retried. Our application service does not deliberately log your transcript or reminder wording; infrastructure providers may process and retain service records under their own policies.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending passwords, API keys, sensitive recordings, or unnecessary personal information.

Choices and deletion

You can manage microphone, speech and alarm permissions in iOS Settings. You can remove reminders in the app and remove the app's local data by deleting the app. To ask about information you have sent to support, contact the address below.
